Listing and payment

• Portico Resident Business & Service Listing: $29/year.
• Submitting the form does not automatically create a public listing.
• Submissions are reviewed before publication.
• Approved submitters receive an invoice from Seashore Marketing LLC.
• No payment is collected through this Site.

Content responsibilities

• Listing content must be accurate.
• The submitter must have permission to use all submitted names, logos, photos, and other content.
• The submitter remains responsible for keeping listing information accurate.
• Portico Community Directory may edit formatting for consistency.
• Portico Community Directory may decline or remove inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or outdated listings.

• Inclusion does not guarantee leads, customers, bookings, revenue, or other results.
• Inclusion does not constitute endorsement or verification.
• Portico Community Directory is an independent community resource and is not affiliated with Portico HOA or community management.
